Hello! I’m a writer, editor, and copywriter with over a decade of experience in media, publishing, and branding.

I’ve written and edited stories about music, literature, fashion, and pop-culture for the New Yorker, Billboard, Bon Appetit, the Boston Globe, Etsy, i-DInStyle, The Los Angeles Review of Books, New York, the New York Times, Teen Vogue, and The Village Voice, among other places. Highlights include profiling the publisher of a magazine about female drummers, talking to Susan Orlean about why she loves gardening as a method of procrastination, and interviewing obsessive Harry Potter fans before the release of the sixth and final book.

An article I wrote for Time Out New York about The Morgan Library and Museum’s exhibit of J.D. Salinger’s letters was excerpted in David Shields and Shane Salerno’s best-selling biography, Salinger (Simon & Schuster, 2013).

I’m also a senior-level freelance copywriter. My copywriting work is as varied as my experience as a feature writer—I’ve collaborated with startups, fashion brands, and B2B companies on the other side of the eCommerce world.

I can type over 100 words per minute, and I would like to hear from you.
